The Summer 2025 Housing Contract is NOW OPEN for students interested in staying on-campus during the upcoming summer months.

Current residents who are interested in staying on-campus during Summer 2025 will sign the Summer 2025 Housing Contract on the Housing Self-Service Portal. Students will provide the full start and end date in which they’re requesting for summer housing.

Students will continue to stay in their current Spring 2025 assignment, even after the Spring contract ends in May, until our department contacts you regarding your Summer 2025 assignment in Euclid Commons, starting May 26, 2025. All students will be required to move out of their current Spring 2025 assignment by May 30, 2025.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and convenient summer housing experience; however, students will still be required to move-out of their Spring 2025 assignment in May, move into their Summer 2025 assignment in Euclid Commons, and then into their Fall 2025 assignment starting August 4, 2025.

Any student living on campus for Summer and Fall will be required to be available during this timeframe to transfer into their Fall 25-26 assignment.

As a reminder, students who signed a 12-month 24-25 Fall Housing Contract will NOT be required to sign the Summer 2025 Housing Contract.

Summer 2025 will be $2,000, for the entire summer equal to $139 per week. Students will be prorated for time not lived in the halls, at the $139 weekly rate.
